300 Meters International

300m rifle three positions (formerly known as one of the four free rifle disciplines) is an ISSF shooting competition in which 40 shots each are fired from the prone, standing and kneeling positions. Men and women shoot the same number of shots, although women used to shoot only half the distance – or 20 shots in each position.
