To strengthen our QA department, we are looking for an
electronics technician for support and repairs
These tasks await you:

You are the first point of contact for our customers, by phone and email.

You work independently and maintain customer contact in German and English.

You analyze customer inquiries and provide solution-oriented support.

You will help with repairs and thus deepen your knowledge.

You contribute your knowledge and thus continuously improve our support process.
You meet these requirements:

You have completed training as an electronics technician or in a similar field.

Contact with customers, by phone and email, is important to you.

You are familiar with Linux-based devices in local and cloud networks.

You have a logical approach, a technical understanding and enjoy repairs.
-
You are open to new technologies and are not afraid to work on older devices.

You are interested in shooting sports.
